It was one year ago today that my friend Nhurzy passed away. She was a victim of a drive-by shooting; both she and her father were shot as they were making their way to a pharmacy. I have not come to terms with her death; I still feel that she's there somewhere, making a fantastic ruckus, cracking taboo jokes, hoping for a better future. Her blogsite will be forever locked.
